Worst customer service and treating a customer unfairly

Jet Store Sandton, where do I even begin? The treatment I received from Victoria and her cashier counterpart was nothing short of appalling. They refused to process my return and kept the new clothing without issuing a refund. In all my years of shopping, this ranks as the absolute worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs.
