Worst customer service

I am standing in the Jet store Atlantis bring an item back because it looks like a reject item and i was told they cant refund it because it was purchase with my bank card. They need to reverse it bank. Now i dont have my bank card with me and im not planning on returning to the store. I want then to eft it back to my bank account because it was an eft payment and not a card transaction.

I feel this will be my lasy purchase with Jet ever.
