Worst customer service

Jet Clearwater doesn’t even deserve this one star in fact they deserve 0 stars. I went to purchase a phone for my child and I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Next thing I’m told the store is closed and their system is “offline” and there’s nothing they can do. The time I spent waiting could’ve been used to go to another store to get a phone elsewhere. All the stores were closed because Jet’s rude staff wasted my precious time!
