What a disaster.... 2nd time around

So Nooooo it was not enough that I got the worst customer services ever the 1st time around ....

The second time around was a disaster.... The attitude is the worst ... The lack of knowledge is terrible Assistance is non existent... Hiring people who know nothing about customer service is clearly, very clearly evident.... like Wow! These staff are not appreciative of the Job, but why would you be with a manager which allows , contribute and is the forefront of this behavior.

Like I have seen some stores who have bad behavior and rotten tomatoes 🍅.... But Nooooo ....the level of service in this store is on another planet ...
