Worst customer experience

I went to Jet Phumulani mall for a last minutes shopping on friday the 22nd of march with my boyfriend since i was looking for a gift and outfit for a baby shower.Did my shopping and finally bought gift bag and a white shirt.The cashier that assisted me was very helpful. My humiliating story started when i finished paying now i have to go to out of the shop and the lady by the name of Tshidi Maobela was mopping the floor who starting screaming to 3 staff members that sat next to the door and said'PLEASE CHECK THEM ' twice at that time i was approaching the door and one lady stoop up and took out the slip and check the plastic while she was busy checking my slip Tshidi Maobela then came running and took out slip while that other lady was still checking and we waited for her check. I was so frustrated because i paid for my item and 3 people were at the door and why did she choose to humilate us like that. I had my account with TFG for more that 30years and for that treatment I'm thinking of closing my account if your staff members behaves like that.
