worst customer experience
Had a really bad experience as a shopper at Jet Mooi River Mall. I was at the above mentioned store on the 04/05/2016 to exchange gifts that my daughter received for her birthday, but because I didn't have the slip nor the tags I was not helped even though the clothes were not worn. I requested that I be given the number for another store that the clothes might be bought at but I was left standing at the till points by 3 people who gave me attitude. All I wanted was to exchange and not refund but all they could say was the is nothing they could do. Jet has lost a possible client and I have to say the service is bad
