Worse experience at jet three rivers.

Today i went to jet in three rivers, there were three cashiers but they were having a conversation about a customer that had just left, so i stood there until one of them called me. I asked if i had thank you points and she said no and i said how come, and she said you do not have them and that's it. I asked whether I had credit on my account, she did not respond and went on to scan the items without asking me, after i signed she let the bag of the items she scanned without my permission next . i had to reach out and take the bag. I am very disappointing and i do not think that i will shop at jet ever again. the cashier who was helping me is Sarah Matumane
