Jet chris hani they need to teach their staff customer service because is very poor ,i was shouted by the lady called FEZEKA over small issue of exchanging while i have my tagged and slips the lady doesn't know how to talk to customers and i was not the only one she had argument with thinking she's bigger than customers, she doing us a favors if theirs no us they wont be jet...they must start teaching their staff good manners because most town ships stores lack customers service ...but what the lady did at CHRISHANI cannot be undone
