Why pay for cellphone contract with Jet?

<p>On the 13th of May I lost my phone in Polokwane. I then went to Jet store to report; which they told me to get affidavit and reference number. On the 14th, I submitted all the documents to the shop in Polokwane. Now for the whole of last week I have been getting smses from Finrite requesting affidavit and reference number. I didn't know that I myself had to fax to Finrite affidavit. I thought the shop will do that . I bought the phone at Jet, I signed for insurance at Jet. Now why do you request affidavit from me? Because the shop would have not logged a claim should I not provided the affidavit with reference number. </p> <p>I always pay the insurance company upfront. Sometimes double the payments; but now that I need a service for my money you give me thousands of stories!.so angry with Jet and their partner Finrite</p>
