who cancelled my policies on my account

Kindly assist me with information in regards to my Jet Account. I made a cellphone claim for my son and was advised that my account is in areas, cellphone insurance was not payed for March 2021 and April 2021. I am confused on how so, because March Retrenchment payed my account +/-R1940 and I went to the store this current month to find out how much do I need to pay for April. Was advised by consultant in Sandton that my account is uptoday and Friday went to Dobsonville mall to check balance again was told the same information that my account is update. I ended up paying R200. As per the insurance department , they are unable to process my claim as the cellphone is in area?. Please assist.

AS PER MONLTY STATEMENTS I DONT SEE ANY ON MY POLICIES ON MY ACCOUNT, WHO CANCELLED MY POLICIES AFTER SO MANY YEARS I WAS PAYING FOR THE ACCOUNT. (Funeral cover, Accidental cover, Cellphone Insurance)

MY ACCOUNT SEEMS TO BE MESSED UP AFTER THE PAYOUT OF RETRENCHMENT, URGENT ASSISTANCE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATIATED AND I WOULD LIKE MY POLICIES TO BE RE INSTED ON MY ACCOUNT AS I WAS NEVER ADVISED THAT ITS CANCELLED.
