Where is my cell phone

On Saturday I went to Jet Store at Westgate mall and my phone disappeared while paying for my items. I viewed the footage together with the manager and we all saw how I placed the phone on the counter together with the clothes that I had bought , I only realised on my way home and made a U-turn to the store, when I got there I was taken to the security room and they made me wait for 30 minutes before allowing me to view the footage and when we finally did view it, the manager was dismissive and told me that he would call me by the close of business, I WAITED FOR THE CALL AND HE ONLY CALLED ME AT 13:24PM THE NEXT DAY. His attitude showed lack of interest and his response did not even make sense. What shocking service.
