When charges get added to your account and sales staff do nothing

Jet on the bluff doesn't resolve people queries effectively fact that store advisors dump jet club subscription with out asking me is highly *****ulent the fact that client is making purchase and sales advisor add stuff onto people accounts,why must I wait for balance of my credit to be returned,I received nothing from the jet club ever in my life if that was the case I would have a whole wardrobe,I'm not a bank where sales advisor can do as the wish on my account.at the point of closing this account at the rate of ***** that happens in this country
