What a ****py Service you guys have!!!!
I ordered a tablet online via their Jet Cellular website and on the 17th it reflected Pick up to today it says Pick and when I all their call center apparently no one there knows who to talk to and how to track that order. Went into Jet Northgate and asked if I could just collect the tablet there but apparently they will deliver God knows when. Their call center referred me to a Johannesburg number *** and the Gentleman there did try to help but he also doesn't know who is in charge of the online shopping. Please do me a favor and just cancel that order have already bought another Tablet for my daughter because it was urgent. The least you can do is hire and train your call center agents properly. Cancel my order number ***.
