Wasting time and money cancelling services, only to be charged for the same again!

I called Jet to cancel my JET Club, Cell Insure, Family Provider, Family Accident and Personal Funeral on my account. And I told the lady I spoke to that I wanna cancel all these extra charges as my total was over R234.20 at the time. Checked my statement and I find that I am being charged for the same things that I called to cancel, except for Cell Insure. Having to wait on calls and being transferred from one department to another all for nothing. Why did I bother wasting my time and airtime only for me to call them again. Got an sms & email to say the request has been resolved on 23/07/2021 with ref: CS-*** and another for Cell Insurance which seems to be cancel. I called today spoke to someone who gave me this number *** to call, when I select option 2 for Jet Club it gave another number to call. This is unacceptable to totally a waste. I am so disappointed with service.
