Waste of time

I was retrenched at the beginning of the year, all documents were handed to the jet store in Kwa Dukuza (Stanger Branch). My account has always been up to date and I did pay for an insurance that covers retrenchment...Today is the 20/11/2019, I am still receiving threats about my name being handed over to the credit bureau which means nothing has been done. Jet claims that I have not been retrenched, I have the same insurance policy with Ned bank and they gladly put my claim through for a loan that I had taken. People at Jet seriously needs a wake up call and they should stop harassing customers. Sort the damn **** out, if there's an insurance policy in place and you have received all the documents..what is the problem??? Take the insurance money nicely every month and when you claim they find excuses...ridiculous....
