Waiting over 2 months for tablet repair/replacement

<p>Sent in a tablets for repairs on 18 March 2017. i was informed that it would take 6 weeks for the tablet to be fixed.</p> <p>I went to Jet in Alberton on 29/04/2017 exactly 6 weeks after i took the tablet and i was informed that the courier only picked the tablet up on 24/04/2017.(Not my problem as i have nothing to do with how Jet does things i just expected the tablet that day the 29/05/2017 as i was told it would take 6 weeks for the tablet to be fixed) when i asked how long am i going to wait again the manager told me she doesnt know and that she would call me. until today i have not received any feedback regarding the stupid tablet and i feel that i dont want it anymore and i just want my money back.</p> <p>2 months and counting to fix is ridiculous.</p>
