Voucher Issues
Hi. During the recent Edgar's promotion of getting 25%of your purchase in the form of a voucher. I given a slip of paper with the amount and had a voucher number on it. I was told by the cashier that I only needed the slip of paper and would be able to use the voucher at Jet as well. On 3rd Jan I went to Jet in Cape Town CBD only to be told that the slip of paper is useless without the card and I should go back to Edgar's to ask for the card or to use the paper voucher there.
