Virtual card transaction

I was called by the manager on the 5/06/2024 and explained that the system is not enhanced as yet for virtual cards and I advised that I should use it on BASH online that was our final agreement , now I am trying to make a payment online to my surprise the balance is now R20.01 from a R200 gift card meaning the translation went off because it was a bag for R159.99 and a gift bag reduced to R19.99. Now the question is how did the cashier balance the till end of day (01/06/2024). May they check their transactions for that day as to what has transpired because now I am failing to understand, I was the store around 13h50 to 14:20 . The bag I wanted to purchase is Jet Ladies Black Satin Tonal Zebra Print Gym Handbag BLACK SATIN TONAL ZEBRA PRINT GYM BAG.
