Very upset client

Hi

I'm trying to pay a bill of Jet that was handed over. I contacted Jet who told me that the account was handed over to RLD and gave me numbers to phone! Not one of the numbers given works. How should I pay jet if they not even know what's going on? or can provide me with the correct number. here are the numbers.
