Very unprofessional service

I went to Jet Mall@Carnival pathetic service I got from Beauty who screams and shouts at staff members infront of customers I waited for 5 minutes while she was on the phone talking township gossip while I waited da next thing she's screaming at da cashier who was busy at da floor
