VERY RUDE SHOP ASSISTANT (BONGANI)

We went to Jet Eloff Street today. The guy whomis a shop assistant was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to buy mom a phone, the phone that I wanted was check was a Redmi phone that was in a glass dispaly. I asked him to the phone out so I can see it and check how it looks. He told me that I mean I can't while I standing in front of the display. He even said nxx, which is very rude and disrespectful and worst he was saying and doing this to me, a customer. His name is Bongani. I was asking to him to open since I wanted to compare before I buy.

He was telling me that I don't know that I am looking for. He didn't have to say all the rude stuff that he was saying to me. I called my boyfriend because I needed to ask about the chargers as the Samsung phone I ended up choosing to buy was to not supp**** with a charger, he was also very rude telling me 'drop that call, you will make a call when we are done with what I am doing. I have never been disrespected like this before. He really made me feel like just a useless thing. I wonder if this is how Jet allowed their staff to deal with the customers. I asked to speak to his senior, she just said she was going to talk to him. I know that is the internal process if she will deal with him, but I was not convinced she was going to do anything. I wish that this will dealt with by their head office and I want feedback. Worst services I have ever received.
