Very rude gal Thando Maponya Mall

Very rude customer service from a lady who helps with cellphones her name she said is Thando rudly she wasn't even wearing her name tag! I went there Sunday for cellphone insurance she just rudely gave me the phone and shouted that I must listen they are closed at the claims department. Went there again Monday morning still she just dailed and gave me the phone she didn't bother to check on me or what was happening then I left the store
