Very disappointed

Good day Team

I would like to log a complaint for my Jet account, I had asked to settle outstanding amount on my account, however, I have been receiving statements that I am owing Jet ,that has accumulated to R100.

I don't know know the reason for that and it's causing frustration on my side, your agents are not helping, I haven't received a first call resolution.

I have been told that the matter will be escalated and promised a call been it's been over a week now,no communication.

You implement new policies onto our accounts without communication, just to frustrate us and that's not fair.
