Very bad experience from jet in delft mall

Hi today i went to jet in delft mall to return a pair of socks that was to big for my son i came to the cashier her nose wasn't closed properly i told her the socks is to big and showed her the debit card that i used she told me she is gonna give me a gift voucher i asked her why must u give a give voucher if i paid with a debit card and told her i aslo work in retail so i know the rules she got rude and told me dont come tell me about you that work in retail and spoke in her own language like i felt bad coz u dont speak in your own language in front of a customer i will never in my life go to jet in delft mall
