Very Bad and worst service

I was at jet store and the shop has so many tills but only one cashier working. There by the cellphone kiosk the was two ladies chatting not even assisting us. There was a supervisor as well by the name of Bhekizenzo he did not do anything to monitor the queues and ask other cashier's to help at the tills. One of the ladies who was just chatting and who then helped us after we started asking Bhekizenzo why are they not helping us was Eunice. So it was Eunice and the other staff member and Bhekizenzo who were just there looking at the long queue with only one cashier and not Helping us. Jet Mamelodi west is the worst. They take advantage of customers because it's in a local area.
