Very angry customer and dissapointed too

I had an account with Jet for years and made all payments on time...I then decided to pay up the account and close it last year... early last year..I then sent an email and called the call center as advised to have this account closed and removed from my profile.... it's been almost 2 years now that the account still shows as active on my profile and Now I cannot even qualify for loans as it seems that I owe jet stores and that I have more credit with them than my earnings... I have had emails and emails and calls to rcs now but still nothing...this has had such a huge negative impact on my life as I am stuck now because of this and nobody seems to want to help...nobody seems to know what's to do yet opening the account was simple enough... the sales people at the store also say they cant help so then now who can?
