Verssed Motion E 1.1

Hi<br> <br> l bought a Verssed Motion E 1.1 tablet at Jet at Emoyeni Mall on the 27/11/2015.I only used the device for a period of 5 days and it started to dis function.I thought maybe I am not fami**** with tablets, I continued to use it hoping it will be OK but it got worse.<br> <br> I went to Jet to return it and they transferred me to Edgar's Active, when l went there they told me that the guy who is dealing with cellphone is day off and as l was in the store there was another guy with the same device as mine also came to return the tablet.<br> <br> l continued using the tablet hoping it will be fine but it got more worse as it started to self download, jamming, switch itself off and at that time it was just as good as a demo.<br> <br> On the 30th December 2015 I went to Edgar's Active to return it and the guy wasn't at work and then I went to Jet were l bought the tablet and the lady helped me to return it.<br> <br> My concern is that l waited full 6 weeks and there is no progress in my issue.I haven't received anything from Edcon and when l went to the store to check what is happening with my tablet they tell me they did not recieve anything.<br> l asked the guy if there nothing he can do to contact them He said no
