Useless service

I paid my jet account via eft in aug.. Using the correct banking details. And did the samething thing in September however the September payment as been allocated and the Aug payment is still pending. I get no joy going into the jet in the Chatsworth center as the staff are useless and don't no how to fix my query. As well as calling with call center with no luck ether. No1 wants to help me but instead keep on calling me and sending me emails about the arreas which I have paid.. The amount that need to be paid every month keeps increasing yet no credit available I haven't used my jet card since June 2020 however still getting billed every month.
