Useless online service

Guys you will never be in line with your competitors if you don't start thriving to deliver on the levels in terms of online shopping, once again if you are unable to rather don't do it. I ordered something from Jet on 23 April and i still have not received it, i called to cancel the order, noone stays so long without their stuff, even Mr Price has their online game on better lockdown than you guys. I recommend on working on better processes then offer the online service again
