Useless Jet Volksrust

Jet Volksrust. What a VERY VERY VERY bad and sad and arogant experiance. Uneducated and useless staff. Just here to earn a salary, Customer service is NONE. Help everyone in the store and at pay points, unfriendly and unprofessional. The worst I have ever seen.

Manager is arogant and no one have a clue of how to wirk a computer. They say they can not help us, system offline, BUT they are SELLING cellphones and do RICA on the same system.
