Useless from start to finish!

This is the most shockingly run company on the planet. In August I asked for a settlement quote. Paid it and it was never closed. Set emails for 2 months, no one answers. On Monday I went into Menlyn paid R535.77. (please note they are the only efficient staff the rest are useless) Yesterday got an SMS to close my account is only R313.83. Called to get a paid up letter because apparently that's why it was never closed and no one has the payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm paying more than you want to get rid of you,. Your staff pass you from one person to the next. No one knows what is going on. ***they never answer. I want a settlement letter and to never put foot in your stores again. Can someone sort this out please.
