Useless Customer care

Jet Customer is should be rated amongst the top 5 worse call centre in the whole world U can get they contact no. Online all the listed ones are either disconnect and out of service or they don't exist at all

Fine I went to jet store in Alberton they call the customer care for me I was on hold for 20 min and after the phone just hangs up or go to engaged mode

We tried again n was was on hold for 25 min at the end the same thing happens again

Eventually after an hour I decided to go home. They gave me the no.

As early as 8am I was already calling then (using my phone) needless to say I was on hold again for more than 10 min when the call suddenly goes to engaged mode again, this is time consuming n energy draining yet they r very quick to call when you r in arrears but when u need help they r nowhere to be found
