Urgent matter on phone purchase.

Hi I took out a take now pay later purchase by TFG... I have it for 3 months now I phone overheated and switched to totally blank... Just blank so. I went yester to jet store without my slip but I have a serial number and my ID they couldn't help me I wondered why because I do have everything expect a slip. Please help what I can do as I am still paying the phone.
