Update on ITC AND Paid up letter sent Immediately

I have beeñ having so much of hassles with Jet giving me the run about although my account has been settled SINCE..December 2020..was advised by supervisor at the call centre that chargers that were added ********ly to account will be removed and a paid up letter will be issued of which since then there was no feedback given, no paid up letter, no itc update which now REFLECTS BADLY OR POORLY ON MY CREDIT PROFILE. I have spoken to agents consultants and was advised the matter will be attended to of which is not..I REQUIRE A PAID UP LETTER EMAILED TO ME AND MY NAME UPDATED ON THE ITC IMMEDIATELY.
