update on credit nureau

I phoned customer service today as advised by the lawyers that my account was handed over to.I spoke to a lady that I was requesting for a settlement letter and ITC update the lady told me that I will get the letter after 48 hours however the ITC update I will wait for 5 years then. after some few minutes I spoke to another one and she told me that ITC will be updated after two years.consultants at customer care they don't take customers seriously and its like they don't know what their doing.please give me the contact details were they can assist me with ITC update and the first consultant told me to remove my name on credit bureau it needs money.
