Update Credit BUREAU

I had account with Jet and lost my job and my account was handed over to lawyers and now I have settled my account and reopened the account at Edgars and yet they haven't updated on credit record that I have paid the account so now its affecting my credit score because it shows that I have Jet and Edgars account.I called Jet so many times to update credit bureau that I have paid it up the account BUT my matter is still not resolved.
