Unuseable sms voucher

This is now the 3rd time after i received an sms promising me the discount i can use when buying and i was refused to use it because i had to buy footwear and clothing, which result in me dropping everything i wanted to buy and leave your store without anything.. I received this text: JET Misses you! We're giving you 100.00 OFF your spend of 350.00 or more on Clothing & Footwear. Use code *** in store til 31Mar. T&C's. STOP optsout. Promising me discount. When i got there they told me i need to buy clothes and footwear and not just clothes. Is your staff incompetend or is it just me that is dumb. And the reason for you doing business? I left with all the cash i wanted to buy the clothes with. Very angry.. please be more clear about your sms'es or dont send any and be specific.
