Unsolicited sms spam!

Today I received an unsolicited survey sms from Jet (Edcon group).

I have not given permission to Jet (Edcon group) to contact me or use my number for surveys, marketing or spam and I find the unsolicited spam sms most disrespectful.

The sms offers an opt-out service, which I would have to pay for of course and this annoys me even more! Why should I pay for the sms to opt out of a service I didn't sign up for in the first place!!

Jet (Edcon Group), please don't disrespect people by sending unsolicited survey spam to people who have not requested it! And then expecting them to pay for the sms to remove the survey spam they didn't want in the first place!!! Please remove my number from your survey/marketing/spam database with immediate effect and do not contact me with any spam survey or marketing sms's!

And please let this apply not just to Jet, but to all the retail stores that are part of the Edcon group. I don't want spam sms's from any store in the retail group!
