Unsatisfied customer

I've got a problem with this store, I'm paying for cell C airtime which I don't know, and every time when they phone I explain to them they said they will investigate, I think is being 2yrs nothing is happening, so now I'm not paying that account so that they will fix that mistake, and now they said they will take my account to lawyers
