Unsatisfactory service from jets

I went to jets last month to settle my account. So I received a call from customer care to pay an outstanding amount. Just to come find I'm paying for insurance that I did not agree too. Please check your statements, I don't know if this was done deliberately or by mistake but its not right. Very disappointed.
