Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I went to Jet in Protea Glen …the time was 13:55 but the door was already closed, when i asked the lady that was at the door, I got the shockest rudest response…she said they close the doors and 13:50 of which it doesn’t make sense because right at the door it says they close at 14:00…when i said to her that is misleading to us as customers because what we see is what we take to be the right information and she said that thats the store policy and when i asked her to show it to me…she couldn’t answer. What was worse was the fact that during our conversation, she was so focused on her phone with minimal face to face interaction with me. She said her name is Charlotte but I’m not sure because she didn’t even have a name tag on.
