unreasonable exchange policy and Pathetic staff service

I bought my daughter size 4 school shoes in December 2020 from the Jet store in Mall of Africa. The shoes fit her just fine as she wore a size 3 then. when the schools opened on the 15/02/2021 they shoes are tight.

I went to the jet Store in South dale Mall on the 15th and the 16th to have the shoes exchanged for a bigger size if the prize is more I don't mind pay the difference. To my disappointment they refused saying that I need to have a slip for the shoes. How the hell do they still expect me to have the slip after such a long period since I bought the shoes and I have even moves houses since the purchase.

The tags and are still attached to the shoes and it's not even more than 3 months since I purchased the shoes. The bad attitudes of the staff insisting that they will not take the shoes back was even beyond me. All I went into the store for was to exchange the shoes I left the store regretting why did I even give the store consideration.

The first time I went to buy the shoes I ended not buying because they were offline at Jet Mall of Africa couldn't swipe. I went back the following day which was the 21/12/2020 and bought the shoes paid R336.00 as per my credit card statement. Now you guys do not want to exchange the shoes for a bigger size.
