unproffessional assistance from JET,EDCON, HOLLARD AND METROPOLITAN

Hello Peter, we have been struggling to get decent assistance from Jets, as my dad has an account with them for over 15 years, which includes certain policies, It has come to the time to claim for my late mum and we have not received any assistance from Jet, the underwriters Metropolitan as well as hollard... we have submitted the claims after my mums passing which was on the 17th July, we have called so many numbers and get diverted to dont know who and calls get dropped. this service is unacceptable as the account is Up to date, my dad pays on time, now its time to claim not a single sole working for this company can assist us... Please help, there are so many people without resources to do these claims and we struggling that have... please please please assist Hello peter
