Unprofessionalism at highest

Good morning Peter

I have a clothing account with the above mentioned store, a ********** payment was done on same and I immediately reported it with the store which is in Kempton park (festival mall). I requested for the account to be closed until investigation is over, which I was advised that it was done but wasn't. I took the matter up with head office, they keep on tellig me that the matter was ascalted since I gave them all the docs they called for including my statement from the police station. I have been following up with this matter for the past 6 months, they jeep on adding interest onto my account and this has had a bad effect on my credit score.

This is not fair since I am not at fault here!!!!!!
