Unprofessional cashiers at till point
Bad service at till point, unprofessional - cashiers having own conversations whilst attending the clients, discussing tea and lunch breaks etc. This distraction resulted in me having to wait at exit door when the alarm went off citing one of the items still had its clip on. My bags were examined and I had to wait whilst the clip was being removed. Inconvenience and waste of my time. Please improve on customer service, care and professionalism
