Unprofessional.

It is one of the worst shops I've dealt with. Their staff is so unprofessional, sends one from pillar to post and have different stories about closing your account. I am still waiting for my confirmation email or SMS from 03.09.2022 one staff member said it will take 48 hours from the date I paid the balance on my account the other one says it will take 36 days to close and receive the email or SMS on the closure of my account. They've opened insurances on my account without my knowledge I've had to settle my account twice without confirmation of closure thereof in writing or anything. I'm tired of calling and running after them. Just close my account that's it. Useless customer service and accounts department.
