Unprofessional

I opened an account with jet in march and i did a eft of 200.00 ...They did not allocate my payment up till today even though i used the correct details. I sent it to both dbn and jhb head office and the store but they didnt sort it out or get back to me and its been months .But they handed my account over ...How unprofessional !
