UNPLEASANT TREATMENT FROM JET STORE, BOULDERS MIDRAND

Today l received a shocking service from a lady (tall, light in complexion with s-curl hair) working at Jet Boulders Mall, Midrand. I bought a dress that was on sale; when l got to the till she told me that the dress was half the price. I was confused for a second and l asked her again. That's when she told me to pay the full price; l got confused more. After she had repeatedly told me to pay the full price, she then told me to loosen up because she had interpreted my confusion for anger. She got quite vocal telling me that l looked angry; and l got a little bit scared and started apologising. I felt quite intimidated and displeased. Before l left, l thanked her and she did not respond instead she called for the next customer. That's when l realised that this behavior is not right especially when it comes to your customers. This lady does not know what l was going through at that time. All lm saying is, please teach your workers to treat customers better. I was a regular customer at your branch but you just lost me; one is too many nowadays.
