unpleasant shopping experience

This complaint applies to all Jet stores. <br> Firstly, the lighting in your stores is extremely poor. It is almost to dark to make an informed choice based on the size and colour of the garment you are interested in. Could Jet not install some more lights in their stores, currently it almost looks like dusk/sunset in every store! It is very noticeable even from the outside when compared to the neighboring stores. <br> Secondly, each and every clothing rail is loaded in excess of its maximum capacity. This makes it extremely difficult/uncomfortable when looking for an item, as clothing ends up falling on the floor due to the rails being overstocked. The sizes of the garments on these rails are mostly size 6. Surely it is not necessary to fill an entire rail with one size if you can see that this is not a popular size?
