Unpleasant Shopping

When I walked in I wanted to turn around and walk out, but the sale keep me there if not for that I would not have bought anything. As I entered the staff were not talking to each other but screaming at one another, I rushed through the racks trying to get out as quick as possible. When I had finished I stood to pay, well there was no one in front of me or behind me, no one at any of the till attendants but no one served me, one looked up straight in my eye and ignored me, eventually I took out my phone and took some footage because I was so flabbergasted. Please train your staff to respect the customers right to shop in a quiet peaceful environment.
